AAA Lifetime Exterior Remodeling - Extended Maintenance Agreement

Provide the following home maintenance:

• Power wash exterior
• Conduct moisture test on all wood and log. Customer to receive copy
• Check exterior surfaces
  • Clean gutters and make sure they are tight to the fascia
  • Soffit vents open and operating
  • Check all caulking
  • Peeling or blistering of any surfaces
  • Windows, window sills and brickmold
  • Weep holes open on storm windows
  • Check for any damage to exterior: ie squirrels, woodpecker holes, etc.

Any recommended repairs needed will be noted together with an estimated cost.

If extended maintenance agreement is not purchased when the contract is signed, homeowner may purchase at a later date for an adjusted cost.
